The purpose of this screencast is to be a brief tutorial on the basic uses of Teamviewer. I'm not in anyway an expert on Teamviewer, but I believe this screencast provides a basic look at the simple functionality of the tool.
Craig --- I really enjoyed listening to your tutorial. It's difficult to think of the words/jargon for such a unique product. From a support standpoint, this tool allows one to assist others in resolving tech support issues because we can really see what they see. And I'll share some actual classroom examples after everyone has had time to submit. Thanks for sharing.
